I am not the rain

Sarah and Amber write about their experiences as survivors of childhood sexual abuse. Composed of articles, prose, collage, and poetry, the zine describes the struggle of living with sexual abuse and its aftermath, such as mental illness and self-injury. Addressing themes of abuse, recovery, eating disorders, blame, and parental/maternal relationships, this zine is cut and paste with some handwriting, photographs, and art. Brief bios of the authors are also included.
